Can anyone describe to me the process to install two 12' audiobahn aw1200x in a sealed box, install the amp, and install everything into my car??
i have a 98 ford explorer eddie bauer. Also, i think the place where i got my hu hooked up forgot to hook up my cd changer as well, can someone tell me how to rehook that up and where the wire is and what it looks like

run a power line from the battery (fused close to the batt.) to the amp.

run a short ground wire from the amp to a metal part of the vehicle.

run the rca cables and remote turn on lead from the headunit to the amp

the subs are dual 4 ohm voice coil subs, so hook up the individual subs in series (the voice coils) to create two seperate 8 ohm loads.

then hook up the pair of subs in parallel to create a 4 ohm mono load. run the amp bridged mono (i'm guessing this is a 2 channel amp, since that is more common).

i suggest using 4 gauge wire for power and ground. and 12-16 guage wire for the speaker leads. and use some for the remote turn on lead. buy a good set of rcas to send a clear signal.

if you dont understand what he means get a friend to walk you thru it....

Disconnect the battery first!!!!
