Car wont start sometimes :<

just to get this outta the way i got 80k and im due for an oil change in the next couple weeks but the other day out of no where i goto start my car and its not starting.. so i pump the gas pedal couple times starts to sput then i pump it alot and it starts and blows out a bunch of black smoke. im thinking its either bad gas or someone put something in my tank but regardless do you think i need to get a new fuel filter or what? im just looking for alittle hep cause i know its probably not to serious and i dont wanna take it to the dealers if i can avoid that.

It sounds like it could be your IAC or TPS. The black smoke is becuse you are flooding it by pumping it. You should not do this with EFI.

You are either not getting enough fuel or to much fuel at start up.

how would i go about fixing that, do i gotta get one of those chips?
