Cargo area tie downs

My '13 PIU had to go to the dealer for another recall. The dealer gave me a '19 XLT as a loaner. I noticed it had 4 tie downs in floor of the cargo area. One near either wheel well and 2 in the back by the hatch.
My PIU doesn't have any. Does anyone know the part number for them?

I also noticed the '19 has a gasket attached to the top of the hatch. I'm guessing that's Ford's answer to the water leak in the rear of the Explorers.

Is this what you are referring to? If so, it appears they are part of the rear body panel.

Yup... That's them. Aren't they bolted down under the panel? I don't think they are part of the plastic interior panels...

I haven't really checked that closely. I did tug on it and there was absolutely no movement. Does the PIU have something similar without the tie down in that area that looks like it may be removable? I wasn't able to find that particular part on Shop For Parts By Year | Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake when I looked at the 2013 XLT.

Mine has a blank cover over where the tie down would be..

Part labelled as #10 ,maybe? It doesn't appear to have the chrome part in it but then it might not show. It is the same for my 2017 Platinum with the tie down. Interior Trim - Quarter Panels for 2013 Ford Explorer | Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake
