Is there a ready made or easily modified cat back exhaust that will work in an 02 Sport Trac with the 5.0 and head pipe + cats from a 98 5.0 Explorer or Mountaineer?

MidnightRebel07 might now of something. He's been looking at drivetrain swaps.

I'm looking at a Lawson Industries 77581 muffler with dual in/out 2.25" The drivetrain and cats came from a later 98 with the back of the cats separate where one has the slip joint and clamp and the other has the tapered bolt together flange.

Can't find a 2.25" stub pipe to fit that flange for the 5.0, only 2.0" ones for the V6. I need to do some custom work to fit the two pipes between cats and muffler over the welded in round crossmember on the ST that the Explorer/Mounty doesn't have.

This would be easier with the flat flange early 98 and older cats, just saw the pipes off to stubs on the back flange half then weld new pipe on.

Sorry guys, I'm bending my own true dual exhaust and probably using 302/351w shortie headers when I do my 351w swap.

Custom is probably easier in the end anyway.
