Cd changer possibilities--- NEED HELP

I have a 99 sport with the stock radio/tape/cd in-dash combo. I was wondering if the stock changer from ford was compatible and if so wether or not the car was pre-wired for it. My VW had all the wiring under the carpet and all I had to do was plug and play. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

No, the wireing is not there.
Atleast it wasn't on my 2000

Neh, it's not prewired. I wish our trucks are like German cars where everything is prewired...even for the security system!!

Are there any after-market kits that would let me wire a changer to the stock radio while using it to control the unit W/O separate controls?
