CD Eject-NOT

Hi all. Minor hick-up with the Sport.
It seems the eject button doesn't see my finger. CD plays ect but can't be taken out.
Anyone have this problem or suggestion before I take it by the dealer ?

This sounds like something you definitely want to get in front of your dealer. What's the current mileage on your Explorer?

Took it to the dealer Tuesday. Said they have to replace the radio and would order it. Should be in by now. Had to travel this week so will call Monday and set up when to get it swapped.

Short Story

Crystal, I like the saying;"The Loosing Story is Always The Longest"

Just picked up my Red13Sport and all is well. Treadwell Ford here in Mobile replaced the radio and touch screen.
I'd like to send out an "At-A-Boy" to Lester Coleman the service writer through you for a job well done. No drama. Also to Barry the tech that did the work.
Truck was as clean as I brought it in, couldn't tell he'd touched it. CD/Radios sound fine.
