CD eject button error message.

Well i am new to this as you can guess and i am glad to be a new member so i have a question as a new member,we have a ford explorer that is a 2004 and yesterday our cd player got a cd stuck in it and it will not eject it out,when you press the eject button it will read error and eject it so i need to know what i can do to get the cd that is stuck inside out and this is not a 6 disc changer. So if someone out there could help i would apprecated.
