CEL p0420 and p0160

Hey everyone, yesterday in the middle of off roading, well actually on the road on the way to another trail my CEL came on. Aaron was able to clear it and I got the codes P0420 (Catalyst system efficiency below threshold) and P0160 (Heated O2 sensor slow response). Once he cleared them out I drove another about 100 miles and the CEL has not come back on (knock on wood) Should I be checking for anything or could it be that some of the sensors just got wet? (I had gone through some semi deep water about 20-30 minutes before) Thanks.
