Center Channel

in the the center counsole under the climate controls, has anyone thought of doing a center channel speaker? its a really simple install and i think that it would help out Kola with his staging problems. hmm.

It could work but I wouldn't see a need for it with out a multimedia system (DVD or something) My imaging is great! It appears as if the sound is coming from in between the headunit and the rear view mirror.

where are your tweeters? mine are still in the stock location and my imaging is ok but i would love to move them up for that "in your face" staging. i have the delay on the x-overs too. hmmm.

My tweeters are mounted halfway up the A-pillar. Right in line with my ears. It definately brings the sound stage up from my knees to my face where it belongs.

well, i dont want them on the A pillar since the Florida sun is pretty powerful plus i dont want to cut any panels. i was seriously considering on the door panel (near the remote mirror switch) but i was afraid of them getting weathered.
