Center Floor Console -standard??

Just purchased a 1999 expl xls 4wd. There is no enclosed flr center console --it has the top lid and the coffee/change portion in front of it. It looks like there is supposed to be an attachment in there --is this std or where can I purchase this item?

There is a cloth like bad that goes there. Most are missing them. I don't think its cheap from Ford either.

EBAY! That'll be your best bet. I once saw one advertised on ebay as a camera bag!, the seller had no clue what he had on his hands.
That one went cheap, but most will cost you a bit.
