I've been searching for the last 30 minutes with no luck. I've found the question asked twice with no answer. Also, my Haynes manual shows nothing of how to center a wheel.

Any help would be appreciated! :D

you have to adjust the outer tie rods on both sides to get the wheel centered, count the amount of turns on 1 side and go the opposite way on the other,
if you go out on the right side go in on the drivers side till it is centered,
if you go in on the drivers side go out on the other,
find out which way gets it closer them make smaller changes till it is right,

Holy smokes, that was fast. Thanks, Corkey!

Will do.

keep us in the loop, and let us know,, make sure you hold the rubber tie rod boots so they don't get twisted and ruined,,

How did it become not centered? That would lead me to believe you have an alignment issue. Your best bet would be having the truck aligned as just centering it may not be addressing the issue of how it got that way in the first place!
