How in the world do you get to the plugs on the driver side?

There's no way I can get to them unless I remove that silver looking thing thats hiding them(don't know what you call it ). Then if I have to remove it, what bolts do I take off. There's soooo many that I'm lost.

Can anyone help me

Thanks

BOB

Bob, have you try going threw the fenderl? Jack up the truck and remove the front wheel for clearance and stick the socket threw the opening on the fender. I had to do that to my Chubby cause the clearance was suck! You could also try using different combination of universal joint extentions.

Ranger Al , Thanks for your respones

Have'nt tried going through the finder, but I'll give it a shot Sunday

Never had problems changing plugs before. This is the first time and its a PAIN in the (you know where).

thanks

Bob

Good luck and let us know how it work out for you.

You might get yourself a Haynes or Chiltons manual. They should have a tip if the 4 cylinders have some unique clearance issues.
