Changing transmission fluid in a 4.0 OHV

How much transmission fluid do I put in my 5 speed automatic transmission if I have the OHV 4.0? I believe it's the 55RE tranny, if that's what it's called, and the manual says the capacity is nearly 14 quarts! its gotta be around 4 or 5 quarts, right?:scratch:

Drop the pan and change the filter, and you'll get a few quarts out. If you want to change out ALL of the fluid, you'll have to do something like this: http://www.explorerforum.com/Singleton/web/pages/at1.html
