how ya doin? ive got a 2004 explorer limited with the 4.6l. last night i went to start my car for the first time in 3 days, no lights were left on, nothing plugged in. the car just barely started and my dash said "test" i pushed reset and it scrolled though all kinds of things it was monitoring i ran across volts and it was at 12.5 after about 5mins of running. thereafter i drove about 25 miles with no problems. i turned the car off for about 15 minutes to go in the house and change out of my uniform. i came outside and the car was dead. about two days before the car sat while i was driving, my lights got really dim and it said "check charging system" along with a batt light, abs light, and airbag light about five seconds after everything went back to normal and the battery gage jumped back to normal. this happens every once and while for the past five months. im losing my freakin mind and dont know what to do any suggestions, possible short???? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
