Hi there, I presume i have at least the 2" on the front and probally 3" on the rear, and i seem to bottom out occasionally and...well I think my shocks are original and i'm sure they need to be replaced...so what's a simply, but good extended length shock.

Actully, if I only occasionally go off road, do i really need extended lenth shocks? Will it help my ride?

WOW, not one person replied...

Anyways, i'm aware that shocks, especially ones that come in an extended length may not be cheap, but for example i know that that Rancho 9000's are more expensive than the 5000's. And i'm also looking for a softer ride, and I'm pretty sure i'm on my original shocks still at 180K kms. So anything would be an improvment!

Thanks

I know that Bilstein makes shocks for lifted applications, but they can be kind of pricey. THis is their website www.bilstein.com , you can look on their and see what all they have.

For a softer ride in an extended travel shock you may want to look at the Pro Comp ES3000s, I have the 9000s and like them quite a bit however they aren't really a plush ride. Either the 3000s or 9000s can be had for between $125 and $135.
