could i use rubber for coil spaces like hockey pucs or something like that

the f150 coil spacers are real cheap. maybe even cheaper than hockey pucks and alot safer. rear is gonna need help though. shackles are easiest and should be replaced anyway but aal's work good too. if you have a 2dr switching to 4dr springs will give you abit.
