check engine light on

[04' ranger]

i have a 2004 ford ranger ext cab with a 3.0 and my check engine light is on it has a bad hesigation and wants to stall out when idleng had the code checked and it said the maf sensor is bad and my 02 sensors r bad i was wondering if the maf sensor is related to hte 02 senors in any way. not 2 wored about 02 sensors b/c aint got no exhaust on it just 2 cats and nothing else for right now.could that have set the codes off?

Was brake depressed after engine ID was received ?
Brake On Off (BOO) signal open or short to ground - BOO.
