The other day, tried to start the car - started but didn't want to stay started. Had to keep the RPMs high or it would turn off. Once it warmed up after about 8 minutes, the car stayed on. The next day the same thing happened plus the check engine light came on. Checked the manual, said water in gas, gas cap on incorrectly or 02 sensor could be the problem. From other sites, also found that clogged air filter might be an issue although I just had it replaced about 1 month ago. Just for info: thought maybe it was bad gas - stopped a couple of days before it occurred at a gas station I don't normally stop. I have an appointment tomorrow at dealer to do computer check BUT anything I can do before hand to see if it gets cleared up.

You may want to check and make sure you go the air filter seated properly. I had one that got sucked up into the filter housing some how.

Did you get the truck scanned for codes? If you had a CEL light come on, your truck should have had some codes that can be pulled using a OBDII scanner/reader.
