Check Engine light

ok this is kind of strange
i have a 91 explorer and it runs fine, everything seems ok, but after riding for about 10 minutes the check engine light comes on. If I shut off the engine and restart it the light goes away. any ideas of what this could be?

Need to pull codes, first. Computer should have stored a code in memory to indicate what fault it saw. Instructions can be found in several places on the net or in any self-respecting repair manual; only requires a paper clip. While you're at it, be sure to note any KOEO codes and KOER codes.
