Sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere. The most likely culprit is the intake O-rings. It's a cheap and easy repair, and there is a how-to somewhere on the site. Does the engine have any other symptoms like an unsteady idle?

like he said it sounds like intake gaskets. make sure u do upper and lower gaskets. also a good idea to clean out your MAF.

yes it does, a very low idle and when its very cold out side like 30 or below it will idle so low its quits and the battery light comes on

Thank you, you were right. I had a penuan gasket leaking oil very serious problem as i was told. Got it fixed yesterday and got plenty of oil put in. My check engine light is still on though. Banks one and two still lean. Any more reasons why its still on?

Have you cleared the codes since the repair was done? Sometimes the CEL does not go out on it's own even if the problem was corrected or it may take some time for it to realize the problem is gone. I would disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the pcm.
