I recently swapped out the transmission from a 99 5.0 awd, no problem! I guess i didn't have the bank 2 sensor 2 plugged in so it threw a code. I plugged it in and drove it about 80 miles and light is still on. How many miles is the drive cycle? Or should i just pop the pos. Battery term off for 30 seconds and reset it myself?

If you have access to a code reader you can reset the CEL. Most auto parts stores have them available to use.

I tried that, but i think it was only a few miles after i plugged it back in. Im going to drive it about 20 more miles tomorrow and if it is still on i am going to check to see if it is the same code or a new one.
