I noticed I couldn't get the cap to stay on tight and decided to buy another today, and this one turns tighter but not tight enough that it clicks. Not sure if that has to do with anything, but the light still won't go off. Just not sure if this is like a CEL that doesn't go off till you drive for a while or if it instantly is suppose to. Please help.
