Check Park Aid

2006 Explorer Eddie Bauer. Park assist issues after dead battery. It works sometimes, but mostly doesnt. I get "check park aid" message when shift to reverse. Any suggestions?

Didn't realize that they were doing park assist in 2006, or maybe I am just confusing it with the more advanced aided/visual park assist stuff now. I would check the parking aid switch. Also, is the battery still in good condition after being completely discharged? I could see a low voltage issue from the battery messing with things.
