GM decided to get rid of the Oldsmobile line. After more than one hundred years its gone. They said that they couldn't get sales up mainly because the average age of an Olds owner was 60. They tried to appeal to the teens but Olds just doesn't seem too young does it.
Speaking of the New Explorer. Longer, wider, 5-speed auto, whats not too like. 4.6 V8 with 240HP and 280 ft/lbs torque, oh yeah. What is the deal with offering two SOHC V6's on the sport? One says it is a FFV (Flexible Fuel Vehicle) What is that is says it gets less milage and more power?
maybe if they wouldn't make the olds UGLY people would buy them the new look they have looks like a saturn with problems IMO.. a new front end and those cars would be jammin tho.. its a shame they are going to stop production of such a classic line.
