So everyday I go by the local High School to drop off my exchange studet and it always suprises me to see the outrageous cars and trucks the kids are driving. I dont understand some of these parents. This week my vehicle of choice:

hell yeah! that thing rocks.....

There is one of those sitting down the road from me.Its a Sweedish troop transport at least thats what the one by me is called. You pay 10000 for them and they deliver it right to your door.:D

Dude!! That thing is awesome!! I'd love to drive that here at the great North Carolina State University. I won't have a problem finding a space. :p

Not sure how much flex it has, but it sure does have ground clearance!

that thing is jsut plain bad ass...i LOVE the unimogs though

88vert, you have any info on where to buy them?

I know a guy who owns one,but his olive drab green, his is alittle different model, but its one of the neatest things I have ever seen,I met him while on a camping trip his carries 14 people and has adjustable suspension for flex it is very sofisticated:D

Yellow Truck

driven by a punk 17 yr old high school kid

He must not be allowed to take it off the asphalt! It's sooooo clean and shiny!!!!!:smoke:

It's a Mercedes Unimog. As I know it was built for the German military (and was probably sold to other countries in the area, hence the Swedish Transport thing above). This is the first time that I have seen a 4-door version of one, I don't think that this one will hold 14 people though. They are the next step up after the G-Wagon...

I don't know where to buy one, you could always try e-bay or an Exotic car dealer.

Dave

Yeah the one by me is only a two door and it has a dual axel in the back but it is not much bigger than that:)

Here you go...

I've heard about the Swedish built ones before though. They're not Merc's, they're actually a Volvo offshoot. There are also some Swiss ones.

Hell, buy one of those and fix Splat up for a DD for the price of a new ride in a few years ;)

We don´t have Mercedes Unimog (truck above) in
swedish army (general). The truck 88vert was talkin
about is a Volvo C303, a similar truck. Most of the
Volvo C303 could carry 14 people inside.
Those Unimogs ROCKS! (as a tractor)
;)
Here you have some links for the Volvo C303:
