1993 Ford Explorer - just replaced the driver side passenger actuator. The outside handle works fine, the inside handle works fine, all is well. I went to test out the child locks to see if they actually function, and whether or not its engaged/disengaged the door still opens from the inside. No one ever uses them in this vehicle, but I'm just kind of curious to what the problem is. Everything is functional and hooked up so I'm thinking its something wrong with the latch?
