Cigarette Lighter Sockets Not Working

Hi, Everyone. This is my first time posting here. I own a 2018 Explorer Sport and neight cigarette lighter sockets work. To be honest, I don't know if they ever did. I replaced the fuse (#65) this afternoon, but that didn't solve the problem. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum.
Actually they are referred to as Power Points. The cigarette package is optional. Are you saying none of them work? Your post says "neight".
There are 4 fuses for the power points, 60, 62, 65 and 67. Did you test them with the engine running?
