clarification on how to remove fuel rails when replacing Intake Manifold Gasket

I have not removed the fuel rails on this engine and am checking if some specialty tool is needed or is there a good DIY. 1995 Explorer 4.0 OHV

should just pull/pop out with a little force, not much though.

Don't remember but I think it was pretty easy, just held in place by the injectors? Maybe a bolt or two
