clean out radiator overflow tank.

mine is full of smuch and rust is there an easy way to clean it out? i put hot water and bleach in it and let it sit for a while then maybe some gravel and shake it up? i figure cleaning this up is part of cleaning the whole system.

I use a handfull of BB's and SIMPLE GREEN to clean out overflow tanks.

well, i got the simple green but no bb's how about some gravel? bleach water doesn't seem to be touching it, i will check on it in the morning. i do have a portable steam cleaner called a penguin, i wonder if it works? maybe with some simple green. is there any way to take the whole top off?
