Whtever is in the holes is tough to clean, any help would be great it might be from the brake dust I think its corrosive.

Simple Green and a dollar store "Scotchbrite" style pad. The ones I get from there are not even remotely close to being aggressive as the Scotchbrite pads.

This worked for me one some brake dust from Satisfied pads and OEM Honda rotors on an 03 Civic EX coupe.

...i thought i would post while i waited for the pic to download...

..i use mothers mag and aluminum polish, works great...

...and for pic size, 640x480 works best and you will get more replys if the pic loads right away...;)

...no problem, it's just so much easier to see now...:D

...mothers also has that little ball that can clean those up in a jiff...;)

I like the Eagle One wheel cleaner and simple green combo and a sort-of agressive pad and brush. Just do one wheel at a time so it doesn't spot up the surface. It'll clean up nicely, those aren't bad compared to some I've seen...

i saw a shammy/cleaner adaptor on trucks the otehr day...it attaches to a power drill and spinning at high speed....seems to work well.

Don't forget to wax 'em after cleaning. They will be much easier to clean next time.

windex, elbow grease, and scotchbrite pads.
couldnt believe how good window cleaner worked vs. pricey tire/rim cleaners
