Hello fellow Explorer owners. I have a tough one. I have a 2001 explorer XLT, 4WD and when I first start it in the morning it has a louder then normal warming up click. Almost sounds like a relay. I know what your thinking, but it is not the normal metal expansion sound, but rather a louder then normal expansion of medal sound. Any ideas???It is coming from the intake manifold area. Thanks in advance....
