98 XLT runs rough when first started for the day.

I have a 98 XLT, when I start it in the morning it runs rough then stalls out but after it is warm it runs great and don't have any issues.
Does anybody know what this could be or have suggestions for me to try?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. Check the intake manifold gaskets, MAF sensor, IAC solenoid valve, and the ECT sensor.
