Clicking Noise!!!

I have a 1992 XLT and i just recently put on new 33x12.5 tires. Now i dont know if this has anything to do with it, but now i have a loud clicking noise comming from my left front wheel. It goes a little something like click...click...click. Ha if that helps. But anyways it doesnt make the noise when i lock the manual hubs up front. It only makes the sound when they are in free. Can anyone help me out cuz its really annonying and i am really frustrated with what it is. Thanks alot guys

it could be ur cv axles but if it doesn'y do it when hubs are locked maybe a wheel bearing

Make sure the spindle nut didnt back off. Also take the hub off and make sure its got plenty of grease in it.
