Clock on message center?

The 2nd gen message centers have another line on top, looks to be 8 digits, I know on the Mark VIII's theres a clock on it (Same message center screen) and im wondering if theres a way or if anyone has ever gotten the clock "on" on their X?

I would really love having the clock down there, mines hard to see on my headunit when im using the Navi.

Plus its tiny as all hell.

The message center (Screen at least) is the same in the Mark as our Expo's, which is why im thinking it cant be that hard to activate the clock...

This one obviously has an error, but our screens have the line for this clock!
