So I was backing out of a spot and I heard a clunk. Now when I turn I get a vibration I'm thinking front CV shafts. 2000 5.0 awd

update i couldnt get it make the sound but im thinking its my sway bar links theyre warn. but i did change the diff fluid today and im going to do the diffs tommorrow. Did notice i have a front diff leak

A sway bar link can easily make a clunk (especially when they are broken off), but it shouldn't make a vibration. I'd be looking more at CV joints or tie rod ends (inner or outer). Maybe even a bearing problem. Is anything dragging when you turn the wheel? Does it only happen when turning one direction?
