I went to get my car inspected and the code P1405 came up and falled me... the weird part was on the OBD11 test ...I failed because there was a failure on the MIL Commanded-On test...they said even though my cel was not on...the computer was saying it was on even though all the other cel functions were working light ...the light bulb, connectors, communication.....I don't know what to do except god forbid take it to ford....any ideas??
