Code for Low Fuel Pressure?

If my fuel filter was bad would I get a code for low fuel pressure?
Currently I am getting codes 1409 and 1401.

What symptoms does the vehicle have running? 1409 seems to be EGR circuit malfunction, last time I had an EGR problem (completely different vehicle) I just pulled the EGR module, cleaned the soot out and put it on with a new gasket.

Forgot to include P0171 and P0174.
It is preforming really poorly - terrible gas milage and missing.
I was getting an odor of gasoline but replaced the upper intake manifold gaskets and it went away. I also replaced the fuel pressure regulator before the gaskets.
