Code Po135

Hey guy's i've been chasing down codes on my truck for the last month or so, and its getting old. I just fixed the P0171,P0174 codes which were caused by a bad PCV about 10 minutes after i fixed this i get my light on again this time it is a P0135 which is the O2 heated circuit malfunction Bank 1 sensor 1. Is this stating that i need to go ahead and change that one O2 or is there something else that could be causing this code to come on?

Use your scanner to measure the function of all the O2 sensors.

I am of the belief that it is prudent to replace all sensors when one goes bad.

Also check all your wiring to that 02 sensor.... you may have a problem there. The code is telling you only that your heater circuit (the 02 sensors now are heated to speed up their arrival at closed loop operation) is not working properly. One bad heater should not be a cause for general alarm. That is quite often a wiring issue.
