I have a 1997 explorer 4.0.... pulled codes po135,po141,po155 on all o2 sensors. I'm getting no voltage at the o2 sensors with the key on and tried it when it was running to. The fuse for the pcm is good. I checked the voltage at the pcm on pins 93,94,95,96 and got nothing. I just want to make sure that im checking the pcm right. I removed the bolt from the pcm and located the pins on the wire side of the connector. Got nothing. I just don't want to replace parts.. PLEASE HELP

If the PCM is showing that your o2 sensors are out you gotta replace them.

heck the fuse which is marked O2 Sensor Heaters, or HO2S Heaters. If O2 sensors lose heater voltage, they will not operate. Heaters are built-into the sensors. One of them may have shorted out, and blew the fuse. If fuse blown, and new fuse blows, you will have to check the sensors, or if high-mileage, replace them. imp
