I would think that as long as you dont feel the torque convertor constantly locking and unlocking, it is just an electrical problem not a mechanical problem. Could be anything like a loose wire or connector somewhere or a bad ground. But if the torque convertor keeps kicking in and out at highway speeds then you've got trouble. I've replaced the O2 sensors on mine and there are a lot of wires and connections running around back there. You might want to check and make sure you didnt accidently unplug anything. Look around the transmission and rear differential.

Tranny shifts fine no problems there, I hope, got back under the truck checked all connectors again and again, cleared the code drove it about 5 miles with no light, my wife will drive it tomorrow for the true test to see if it comes back on. Thanks guys I will keep you posted.

Ok I'm stumped , no codes but, I start the truck up seems normal shift it into reverse and it stalls , I thinking I haven't changed the fuel filter in a long time, could it be starving for fuel????? Don't think this would hurt.
