Coil spacer bolt ???

Ok the bolt's on my 1992 2wheel drive Explorer are not long enough.So i got some that are 3/4''by 10''long my question is how do i get the old bolt out i tryed my 1/2'' inpact wrench rated at 250ft lbs and it dose not move it at all so how are everyone else getting theres out.
Also the tab on the spacer which way should it face.

Check with member Hank...He put them on his 2x, had to get extenders for the bolts.
 






Mine were short as well . I machined a nut down so half went inside the spacer to grip threads and half held it down ,top of nut and stud were flush when tight. Seems very sturdy ,its been a year so far so good.
 






Well i have a longer blot but cant get the old one off dam bolt wont break free.
 






HEAT! get the torches out ,works every time. Good luck

Thanks i got one free going to try the other in a while.
 






All right i got both bolts free.
When i install the new ones how much should i tighten them to.Also might change the raduis arm bushing's also how tight should those be.
