Coil spacer need help fast

Ok i am installing my coil spacer on my 1992 2wheel drive 2door on the bottom of the spacer there is a tab where dose this go or do i cut it off.Also dose the spacer have to go on a certin way.

If this is the F-150 seat I put the tab in the back on the outside of the radius arm, but it probably doesn't matter.

Yes it is a 1991 F-150 seat i have it where you said but it dose not look right.Just wanted to make sure it was right.
Also when i took off the spring's there were 2 nuts one to hold the spring and one after that but with the new bolt I got i can only put the top bolt where the old one used to hole the spring becouse the bolt i got the tread's dont go all the way down.Will the one bolt be fine or will i have problems.
