I already have a 3" skyjacker lift w/ new coils and add a leafs. I need more lift so tires dont rub @ full turn. Would this be a good thing to do? If not, what would be another good way to get some small lift, dont really want to get a body lift..... thanks

does your 3" lift already use some type of drop brackets? if it doesnt, you cant use a coil spacer.... or else, your alignment will be really screwed and youwill eat tires....

the shackles in the rear should be fine.....

Did you add to the kit to get 3 inches? The kit is only 2 inches and doesn't incorporate and brackets, so you couldn't lift in any more. You may be able to buy individual brackets from skyjacker.

The lift didn't included drop brackets. So, i am planning to use shackles in the rear, and how can i lift it in the front. Since it's a 93 i cant do a TT. Maybe a body lift....

You cant lift the front anymore. Your tires will look like this: \ /
You could do a body lift and not do anything to your suspension to get the desired height.

That means that i will be doing the body lift myself. Do you think that it is do able with me and some buddies? What are the main problems with installing a body lift? Do i need to get any longer parts? Thanks man.

Couldnt i get some replacement steering brackets. I saw some in JCWhitney that drop the axles so the wheels are correct camber. Do these work?

nothin to do with steering brackets (whatever those are  )
What you need are TTB Drop Brackets. They lower the pivot point, fixing the camber on 3"+ lifts.
And if it's through JC Whitney, it's prolly the Rough Country brackets, which I've heard are POS. If you are gonna buy drop brackets separately, go with Skyjacker Heavy Duty brackets or the James Duff.. those are the beefiest.

So, your saying that if i want to get coil spacers, i need to get some TTB drop brackets? Do these correct the camber excatly? I already have a camber kit, to correct the 2.5" of lift. Are the drop brackets easy to install? Also, are coil spacers easy to install at all? I really appreciate the info, thanks.

yes, they will correctly fix the camber problem. The little bit of adjustment they will need afterwards, will be fixed with an alignment.

I've never installed drop brackets, but I would assume the hardest part is removing the bolts on the beams' pivot points. As long as you go with Skyjacker or Duff drop brackets, they replace the whole bracket. I believe TrailMaster, Rough Country, etc, have brackets that bolt on to the existing pivot brackets.

Installing the coil spacers should be fairly simple too, with the hardest part removing the bolt holding the coil down.

Alright, that is good news. How do i know what size of drop to get? Would it be 4.5", since that will be my total lift. Or 2" since that is the lift i am adding. My alignment is great now, just pulls to right sometimes. Also, what about all these extened arms, like piman arm, radius arm, a arm. I have no idea if it would be a good idea to go with these or not. I already have extended brake lines for front, so that wont be a problem. I quess im just asking if drop brackets is all? Thanks alot man..

you have a 93, so it still uses the TTB (Twin Traction Beam) suspension, not the A-Arm IFS.
Theres is the possibility you will need a drop pitman arm, if you notice really bad bump-steer.
Extended radius arms are not required, but they are recommended and will help with flex.
If I were you, I'd go with the Skyjacker drop brackets (if you can get them separately), as they have holes for both 4" and 6" of lift... that way in case you go higher in the future. And make sure to get the Heavy Duty brackets.

I am confused between TTB drop brackets and a TTB lift. I just what to know what i need to do after another 1-2". thanks.

in reply to that.
A 3"+ TTB Lift comes with the drop brackets, beacuse they are REQUIRED for proper suspension geometry. What happens without these, is you will get tires that look like this \ /, and are NOT fixable with an alignment.
What the drop brackets do, are lower the mounting point of the TTB beams to correct the geometry of the arms.

And like my last post, I'd be willing to bet you WILL need a drop pitman arm, or else you will probably end up with mad bumpsteer.
