Coil spring spacers?

Hey guys i was down at nappa today and saw these things called spring locks or spring lox anyway they go in between your springs to space it out. how much lift is this gonna give you anyway?

Those things are junk, don't use them.

You want to use either f150 coil seats (1 5/8") or Daystar poly spacers (2").

If you go with the daystar spacers you will need longer studs though (just a heads up ). I have the f-150 spacers, they work really well!
