Color of front diff fluid?

What should the color/clearity of the front diff fluid be?..

I opened the lil hole..and the liquid was definitely full to the top...put my personal dipstik in (finger) and it was full..but the fluid is dark....not VERY clear....

...should it be changed?...(100,000kms on the car..never changed before)

Some people never change the fluids before 200,000 kms. In my personal opinion I would say go ahead and change it. It is cheap and you can't loose anything.
