My 91 has a leak somewhere in the AC piping. I plan on running some die thru it, but what are some of the places you guys have found leaks? TIA.

Over the years I have seen leaks virtually everywhere in the AC system.

Run your dye test.

Good luck......

Over the years, I've had leaks just about everywhere. A common place is the condensor which looks like a small radiator in front of the water radiator. since it is up front, it sometimes acts a a bullet stopper for rocks thrown up on the highway. Other leaky places can be any of the o-ring connections. that one is a cheap fix. Another place you can hope for is the pressure cycling valve which is located on the accumulator and connects by wires to the compressor clutch.
Also when performing a leak test , look at both Schraeder valves (high and low pressure) fittings and make sure they have caps on them.

like they all say, anywhere. I had one in my condensor, however on the second gen it is at the firewall and a pain to replace.

I had one right in the fill valve. you could hear it come out if you would take off the plastic dust cap.
