Ok due to all of your great advice I have succsessfully taken off the passanger side door panel and switched the speaker with one from the back that was good. I was working with the speakers a lil tonite and i took off the outer grill just in fron of the speaker and found a lil inverse cone thing. When I held the cone the rattling noise it was making before went away. Is it possible to remove this little cone or is there a way to stabalize it more so it doesn't rattle? Thanks A Lot!!!

The little cone thing is referred to as a whizzer cone. It's the absolute lowest form of "tweeter" if you even want to call it that. It is best just to get a new speaker, that one is damaged. If you remove it, your highs will sound even worse.

Did you happen to read the other posts? Someone on here said they found where they think a lot of the crackling comes from. Look around on the board here!
