So to add on top of everything else I'm trying to fix, I noticed that even after driving a while, if I park the vehicle and rev the motor, I get a good spray of condensation out of the tailpipe, enough so it's noticeable on the ground.

It doesn't smell like antifreeze, coolant level isn't dropping, and there's no sludge in the oil. So what could it be and where could it come from? I still get it even after driving the vehicle for a good half hour or more.

What color smoke? Fuel pressure regulators go bad and create excess fuel pressure which leads to smoke out of tailpipe.

That is normal. The byproducts of combustion are H2O CO2 and CO.
