Cooked subwoofer in 94 Limited - replace with?

I'm trying to replace a cooked sub, too. Totally destroyed the panel trying to get it off , and unscrewed the eight or so screws around the grill, but what's next? The sub and grill rotate, but I can't get it to come out.
