I have cooked my tranny in my 91....I have 33's and some minor engine mods,and 265,000 K's on my ex.When I bought it there was 207,000 and it was factory.The guy had a receipt for $2500 for the tranny,he said it was done at 205,000 k's.I think he lied about the k's.Anyway, I put another tranny cooler on it, holds another liter and a half.Has anyone found a good tranny pan that holds more fluid? Should I stay away from aluminum in a 4x4 because it might crack, as opposed to denting?Anyone tried a shift kit with 33's? any other way to beef the tranny up? I really hammer the crap out of my truck!
